日本版BOXとの差異は前巻同様。ただ気になるのが幾原監督インタビューで、2001年のBIG APPLE ANIME FESで上映されたであろう劇場版『アドゥレセンス黙示録』についての翻訳等の作業が中心のものを英語と日本語を交えつつ、というものでこれは日本版と一緒なのかな？ もし違うのであればこのUS版独自の映像特典になるかとは思いますが… ただ時間が短い上にあまり中身の無いっか浅い質問に対して意訳を避ける為か幾原監督はかなり平易に答えているのであんまり面白味は無いかと。
